- Health data: the website does not request or collect health data. When chatting on WhatsApp, please share only what is needed to book your visit.
3. Why we use data

- To answer your messages and schedule appointments.
4. Legal bases
Preliminary procedures related to a contract at your request (scheduling), legitimate interest (security and improvement of the site) and consent (analytics and advertising cookies), under Article 7 of the LGPD.
5. Cookies and third-party tools
We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags, which may include tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads. These tools may set cookies for statistics and conversion measurement. You can refuse non-essential cookies in the notice shown on the site and also set your browser to block or delete cookies. Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent browsing.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by providers that serve the website, such as Google (measurement) and WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), under their own privacy policies, and by authorities where legally required.
7. Retention
Browsing data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above or according to the measurement tools' settings. Care-related conversations follow the record-keeping rules that apply to medical practice.
8. Your rights
Under Article 18 of the LGPD you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights, write to gsramallo.sec@gmail.com.
9. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, such as secure connections (HTTPS).
